CURRENT YOGA AND PILATES MAT CLASS SCHEDULE
CURRENT SMALL GROUP EQUIPMENT SCHEDULE Reformer and Springboard Groups meet for five consecutive weeks this summer. Reservations required, as space is limited! Session I: 6/27- 7/28 Session II: 7/31- 9/1
Small group sessions on the Reformer, Wunda Chair, and Springboard are a great way to heal an injury and condition your weaker areas, work on postural tendencies or a specific yoga pose, or to deepen your current practice if you have one. In a small group setting, Kristin's main goal is to educate her students on proper body mechanics and muscle activation in all movements. With her nurturing and down-to-earth manner, she provides a safe environment where students can become more conscious of their patterns for improved function and vitality.
