PILATES
Pilates is practiced on the floor (mat) and with special spring-loaded equipment that simulates the mechanics of muscle tension, developing strength, stability, graceful and efficient movement and breath control. Using full body participation, these movements originate from the core of the body outward.

FORREST YOGA
With an emphasis on deep, conscious breathing, this healing style of Yoga helps you connect to your core—getting you strong and centered. It uses heat and vigorous sequences of Standing Postures, Inversions, Backbends and Twists to sweat out toxins. The long holds in the pose progressions help you flush, oxygenate and rejuvenate every cell in your body.
